Rachael A. Grim

Rachael Arlene (Wiltrout) Grim, 79, of Muhlenberg Township, died August 17, 2009 in ManorCare Health Services, Muhlenberg Township.

She was the wife of Richard F.L. Grim, whom she married December 17, 1949.

Born in Topton on December 7, 1929, she was a daughter of the late Rellie C. and Emma R. (Mertz) Wiltrout.

She was a member of St. James Lutheran Church, Reading.

Rachael was employed 25 years as a trimmer with Wide-A-Wake Shirt Factory and later as a packer for 12 years with Linette's Candy, Womelsdorf, retiring in 1991.

She is survived by two siblings: Reynold C., husband of Betty Wiltrout of Mertztown and Joyce, widow of Jerry McMichael of Iowa.

Other survivors include 11 neices and 6 nephews.

Services will be Monday at 2:00 pm in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale, with Rev. Mark E. Brophy officiating. A viewing will be held one hour prior to services.
