Philip A. Pugliese

Philip A. Pugliese, 67, of Hamburg PA, passed away February 2, 2022, at Geisinger St. Luke's Hospital.

He was the loving husband of Kathleen S. (Collins) Pugliese.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was a son of the late Anthony J. and Ramona M. (Micciche) Pugliese.

He was a graduate of Valley Stream Central High School, Valley Stream, NY.

Philip was a member of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Hamburg, PA.

Philip worked for many years in the Automotive Industry, specializing in Sales and Finance Management. On the road to finding his career, he worked in many other exciting fields including owning a few of his own businesses, such as an Auto Repair Shop, a Trucking Company, an Electrical Contracting Company and a Meat and Seafood Company.

Philip was a member of the Corvette Club of America and served as a volunteer firefighter in Malverne, NY.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his four loving children: Charles A., husband of Meagan Pugliese, Mechanicsville, MD, Anthony J., husband of Shana Pugliese, Moorpark, CA, Joseph P., husband of Lora Pugliese, Hamburg PA, and Debbie J. Pugliese, New York, NY. He also leaves behind his loving brother, Peter, husband of Janet Pugliese and his three loving grandchildren: Andrew P. Pugliese, Allison M. Pugliese, and Nicole K. Pugliese. Phil will also be missed by his many adoring nieces and nephews.

Phil will be joining his sister, JoAnne Pugliese Berlin in heaven.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, February 5, 2022, at 11 a.m. at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Hamburg with inurnment to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery. Friends may celebrate his life on Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Burkey and Driscoll Funeral Home, Inc., Hamburg.
