Pauline M. Huck

Pauline M. Huck, 94, passed away November 16, 2013 in her West Reading residence.

She was the widow of J. Robert Huck.

Born May 29, 1919, in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Earl E. and Gertrude B. (Huyett) Haas.

Pauline was a 1936 graduate of Reading High School and a 1938 graduate of McCann School of Business.

She was the Secretary to the Bursar at Kutztown State College for many years.

Pauline was a member of the Reading Alumni Chapter of Alpha Iota Sorority and was also the past president of the sorority at McCann School of Business.

She was a member of St. Margaret's R.C. Church, Reading.

Pauline is survived by her children: Peter R., husband of Michele Huck, Pembroke Pines, FL; Christopher J., husband of Mary Huck, Reiffton; Joseph R., Jr., husband of Pamela Huck, Raleigh, NC; Suzanne M. Neubauer, Marlboro, MA; Barbara L., wife of Anthony Quirin, Houston, TX; and Mary Jo, wife of Gregory Wummer, Denver. Also surviving are her daughter-in-law, Kathleen Huck, Phoenix, AZ; 17 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her son, Thomas R. Huck.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 10 a.m. in St. Margaret's R.C. Church, 925 Centre Ave., Reading, PA 19601. A viewing will be held from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading. Burial will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St Margaret's R.C.
