Paula J. Nigrini

Paula J. Nigrini, 59 of Shillington, passed away April 20, 2008 in Reading Hospital with her husband, William and daughter Christine Gable at her side.

She was the wife of William J. Nigrini.

Born in Rochester, PA on February 28, 1949. She was a daughter of Paul and the late Paula Dudash Aliquippa, PA.

She was a member of St. John's Baptist de LaSalle Roman Catholic Church.

Paula graduated from St. Joseph School of Nursing, Pittsburgh. She also earned a Master of Public Management from Carnegie-Mellon University, Pittsburgh, and the Master of Science in Nursing from West Chester University, West Chester, PA. She was a member of Sigma Theta Tau-National Honor Society of Nursing.

She was a licensed registered nurse and nursing home administrator. Paula was the Executive Director of Clinical Services at Arista Care/Meadow Springs in Plymouth Meeting.

Paula's joyful spirit, enthusiastic welcomes and generosity will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her husband William, there is a daughter Christine J. Gable, Wernersville; a step-son Matt, husband of Lucinda Glinn, Harrisburg; two step-daughters, Nicole wife of Jeff Hartman, Reading; Cynthia K. Nigrini, Macungie; two brothers, Richard Dudash; Ronald, husband of Mimi Dudash, Calfornia; two sisters, Mary Ann wife of John O'Neill, Wyomissing; Carolyn, wife of Dave Bloom, Ohio; and a step-granddaughter, Laura Hartman. Several nieces and nephews also survive her.

Paula is predeceased by a brother, Paul Dudash, Jr.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 11:00 a.m in St. John's Baptist deLaSalle Roman Catholic Church, 420 Holland St. Shillington, PA 19607. Friends may call Wednesday 10:00-11:00 a.m. in the church.
