Paul Tunnoff

Paul Tunnhoff, 86, of 24 Cedarwood Road, Wyomissing, died June 9th 10:25 pm in the Emergency Room of the Reading Hospital and Medical Center.

He was the husband of Anneliese (Maurer) Tunnhoff.

Born in Wattenscheid, Germany, he was a son of the late August and Martha (Blum) Tunnhoff.

He was an engineer for 10 years at the Polymer Corporation before retiring in 1986.

Tunnhoff was a member of St. Ignatius Loyola Roman Catholic Church, Whitfield, where he was a past officer of the Senior Group.

He was a volunteer for 45 years and Past President of the Easter Seals, Reading.

Tunnoff was also a past officer and a on the Board of Directors of Prospectus, Reading.

He was on the Board of Directors of the Good Shepherd Home, Allentown where he was the founder of Family Council at Good Shepherd.

He is survived by five daughters, Ruth E. (Tunnhoff) widow of David Slott of Wyomissing, Inge A. (Tunnhoff) wife of Raymond Lindner of Corning, New York, Jutta H. (Tunnhoff) wife of Thomas Kirkwood, Chambersburg, Dauphin County, Barbara (Tunnhoff) wife of Lee Jones of Riley, Kansas and Rita A. Tunnhoff of Allentown.

Tunnoff was predeceased by two sisters, Elisabeth (Tunnhoff) Koehn and Anna (Tunnhoff) Duenschede.

There are 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday at 10:00 am in St. Ignatius Loyola Roman Catholic Church 2810 St. Alban's Drive, Sinking Spring, Pa 19608. No public viewing. Entombment will be in Gethsemane Mausoleum, Muhlenberg Township. Contributions may be made to the church at the above address or to Good Shepherd Home, 6th and St. Joan Streets, Allentown, Pa 18103. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading is in charge of arrangements.
