Paul H. Loy, 77, of Belle Alto Road, South Heidelberg Township, died Jan. 24 at 8:15 p.m. in Reading Hospital.
He was the husband of Shirley J. (Kline) Loy. He was predeceased by a wife, Alice Loy, in October 1992.
Born in Richmond Township, he was a son of the late Joseph and Mary (Ely) Loy.
Loy had been employed for many years as a truck driver by Wetterau, Tuckerton. He previously worked as a bus driver for Carl R. Bieber Tourways.
He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Sinking Spring.
Loy was a Navy veteran of World War II.
He was past governor of the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 523, Hamburg, where he served as sergeant-at-arms.
Loy was past president of Keystone Moose Legion 41, and was past president of district five of the Pennsylvania Moose Association.
He was sergeant-at-arms for the Berks County Clubman's Association.
Loy was a life member and 32nd degree mason with Chandler Lodge 227 Free and Accepted Masons, Reading.
He was a life member of the Temple Fire Company.
Loy is also survived by a son, Kerry G., Lyons, and one daughter, Paulette (Loy) Gray, Lenhartsville.
Other survivors include two stepdaughters, Joan (Gartmann) Keys, in Virginia, and Mary (Gartmann) Crouse, Robesonia; and four stepsons: Luther L. Shaak, Port Matilda, Centre County; Bruce E. Shaak, Reading; Douglas C. Shaak, Charlotte, N.C.; and Gregory S. Shaak, Sinking Spring.
Additional survivors include a brother, Grant, Clearwater, Fla.; and three sisters: Beatrice (Loy) Heinbach, Tuckerton; Ruth (Loy) O'Connor, Trafford, Westmoreland County; and Betty (Loy) Kunkle, Hamburg.
There are also two grandchildren, 15 stepgrandchildren, and one stepgreat-granddaughter.
He was predeceased by a son, Leonard.
Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home Inc., Laureldale. Burial will be in Laureldale Cemetery, Tuckerton
