Patsy R. Wertz

Patsy R. Wertz, 72, of Spring Township, passed away on April 10th at Jefferson Hospital of Neurosciences, Philadelphia.

She was the wife of Richard H. Wertz.

Born in Kingston, OK, she was the daughter of the late Ward J. and Beaulah (Duncan) Tennyson. Pat was a loving and compassionate wife, mother, and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She was an avid golfer and belonged to the Willow Hollow Ladies Golf League.

Patsy is survived by three children: Michael Anderson, husband of Melanie Anderson, Wyomissing; Gregory Anderson, husband of Renee Anderson of Ladera Ranch, CA; and Catherine (Anderson) Kick wife of Steve Kick, Leesburg, VA.

There are two step-sons, Robert Wertz, Wyomissing, and William Wertz, Mohnton.

There are also six grandchildren: Michael, Caitlin, Mackenzie, Connor, Scott and Kendall; and four step-grandchildren.

She is also survived by two sisters, Peggy (Tennyson) Harp, Shawnee, OK, and Norma Jean (Tennyson) Crosslin, Tulsa, OK. Patsy is predeceased by three brothers, Dewey, Jack and Leroy, and two sisters, Lena Mae, and Imojean.

Memorial services will be held Thursday, May 3rd at 10:30 am. at St. John's Reformed Church, Sinking Spring. Friends may call beginning 9:30 am.
