Patricia Ann Sands

Patricia Ann (Cassler) Sands,78 , passed away on Sunday, February 25, 2024 , at Holy Spirit Medical Center. She was the wife of the late David A. Sands, until his passing October 4, 2023. They shared 62 wonderful years together.

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and June (Siegfried) Cassler. Patricia attended Reading High School. She was employed as Chocolatier and candy maker at Palmer for 20 years before her retirement.

Patricia will be remembered for her love of nature and the outdoors. She enjoyed beach days, being out in the sun and camping. She also enjoyed being curled up with a good book. She was known to be a family woman and loved spending any time she could with her loved ones.

Left to treasure Patricia's memory are her son, Michael Sands; grandchildren: Dannielle Peters, Anthony Sands, David Allen Sands, and Kyle Sands; and her great grandchildren, Rebecca Peters and Shawn Peters, Jr. Patricia is predeceased by her children: Jeffrey Sands, and David Anthony Sands; and her sister, Linda Hall.

A Celebration of Life will be celebrated on Monday, March 4, 2024 at 10:30 a.m, at Kuhn Funeral Home, West Reading. A visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to the time of the service. Edward J.
