Patricia M. Phillips

Patricia M. Phillips, 78, formerly of Hanover, died December 4, 2014 in Spruce Manor, West Reading.

Her husband, Daniel W. Phillips died December 16, 2003. Born in Summit Station, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Isabella Reber.

She was last employed as a housekeeper for Hanover Hospital.

Patricia loved her family, children, and grand and great grandchildren. She donated her time as a Cub Scout Den Mother. Patricia was an avid pet lover and loved to travel the country aboard her husband's motorcycle, take hikes, do word puzzles and enjoy nature. She gave generously to many charities and to all in her circle.

Patricia is survived by five children, Daniel J., husband of Lori L., Cynthia L., John W., Donna F., and Jeffrey T.; four grandchildren: Jay N. and Jesse A. Phillips, Lisa and Eric Fritz; six great-grandchildren: Riley, Tanner, Marlee, Brendan, Jason and Shania. Patricia is also survived by her sister, Lucille.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses.

Memorial Service will be Friday, December 12 at 7 p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading. Friends may call Friday from 6 to 7 p.m. in the funeral home.
