Patricia Ann Noon

Patricia Ann Noon, 70, died March 8, 2013, in her Spring Twp. residence.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late James E. and Ruth E. (Fromm) Noon.

She was a graduate of Central Catholic High School in 1960 and Williamsport Hospital School of Nursing in 1963.

Patricia was a head nurse in labor and delivery at the Reading Hosptial for over 25 years until her retirement.

She was an avid reader and a sports enthusiast. 'Aunt Pat' especially enjoyed going to all of her nieces and nephews sporting events. She loved everything irish.

Patricia is survived by her siblings: Linda L., wife of Michael Kramer, Spring Twp.; Joan M., wife of Victor Lysczek, Spring Twp.; Mary C., wife of Donald Muller, Shillington; Michael J., husband of Mary Jean (Wolf) Noon, Wyomissing; Teresa E. Sanders, West Reading; Kathleen J., wife of John Marabella, Spring Twp.; Colleen R., wife of Michael Hayes, St. Lawrence; Regina L., wife of Scott Hart, Exeter Twp.; and Margaret A. Himmelberger, with whom she resided. She was the adoring aunt to 19 nieces and nephews and seven great nieces and nephews; spoiling each of them as best she knew how.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 12 p.m. in St. Ignatius Roman Catholic Church, Whitfield. Friends may call one hour prior to the Mass in the church.
