Patricia M. Gipprich

Patricia M. Gipprich, 90, formerly of Shillington, died February 13, 2014, in her Wyomissing residence.

She was the wife of Walter P. Gipprich.

Born in Huntington, WV, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Esther (Ripley) Goheen.

Patricia was a bookkeeper for Gipprich Jewelers, Inc., Shillington for 42 years retiring in 2010.

She was a member of St. Ignatius Roman Catholic Church.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by eight children, Philip A., husband of Cindy, Mohnton; Peter M., husband of Maureen, Exeter Twp.; Richard G., husband of Ashley, Sinking Spring; Mary Catherine, widow of Ronald Yeager, Whitfield; Ann P., wife of Dennis Stufflet, West Lawn; Abigail L., wife of Mark Hunsberger, Wyomissing; Amy E., Ephrata and Margaret M., wife of John Woodward, Wyomissing. There are seven siblings, James Goheen, Ft. Wayne, IN, John Goheen, Wetherford, TX, Charles, Daniel and Gale Goheen all of Huntington, WV; Larry Goheen, Ashland, KY and Martha Carlson, Narragansett, RI (formerly of Shillington). Twenty grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren also survive her. She was predeceased by four sons: Walter, Gregory, Timothy and Dennis; and four brothers: Harry, Jr., Robert, David and Thomas.

The family wishes to thank Audrey McKinney, Liz Rovira, Nancy Gaughan and Dr. Mary Jo Bonner for the loving personal care extended to their mother.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 11 a.m. in St. Ignatius Church, 2810 St. Albans Drive, Sinking Spring, PA 19608, with entombment to follow at Gethsemane Mausoleum. Friends may call Monday from 9 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. in the church. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Ignatius Church at the above address. Edward J.
