Patricia A. Coleman, formerly of Spring Township, died peacefully on June 8, 2010. She had been a patient at the Chestnut Knoll Assisted Living Facility since May 2007.

Born in Reading, she was a lifelong area resident. Patricia worked in the financial services industry and later as right hand to her loving husband, Fred. As an active member of the St. Ignatius Loyola Roman Catholic Church, Patricia served as an Eucharistic minister and helped with many New Year's Eve's celebrations for the parish.

Daughter of the late Gladys and Benjamin Franklin Hertzog; sister of the late Tyrone Hertzog and devoted wife to the late Frederick T. Coleman, she is survived by her son John "Bud Boy" Piehl and three daughter-in-laws, Kelly Piehl of Reading, PA, Kathleen Coleman of Lawrenceville, NJ and Elizabeth Coleman and her husband, George Burwell of Attleboro, MA and three grandchildren, Grant, Torrie and Vivian, her devoted Aunt Renee Quaglia of Pottstown, PA and several nephews, cousins and many friends.

Family and friends may visit on Friday June 11 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday June 12 at 11 a.m. in St. Ignatius Loyola R.C.Church, 2810 Saint Albans Drive, Sinking Spring. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery immediately following the services.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the St. Ignatius Loyola St. Vincent DePaul Society Fund: 2810 St. Albans Drive, Sinking Spring, PA 19608.
