Pasquale Carrozza

Pasquale "Pat" Carrozza, 90, died December 11, 2010 in his West Reading residence.

He was the husband of Shirley Jane (Schmale) Carrozza.

Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Pasquale and Theresa (Lia) Carrozza.

Pat was a machinist for Teledyne, Mohnton, until his retirement in 1982.

He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving in WWII.

Pat was always a morning person. He loved his family very much. He also loved walking, bike riding and Rusty, his pet dog. He will be dearly missed by his family and everyone who knew him.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his five children: Robert P., husband of Ann Marie Carrozza, Swedesboro, NJ; Patricia J., wife of Al Matz, Exeter Township; Lorraine J., wife of Joseph Jagielski, Spring Township; Susan M., wife of Barry Lehr, West Reading and Annette M., wife of Mike Cruz, FL. He is survived by one sibling, Jacob Carrozza, Reading. Six grandchildren: Michelle, wife of Ron Ewanick, Lisa Jagielski, Andrea, wife of Chris Levan, Kevin, husband of Michell Lehr, Tricia Matz, Krystle Lehr and two great-grandchildren: Hailey Levan and Wyatt Levan survive him. He also had 4 step-grandchildren and 12 step great-grandchildren.

Pat was predeceased by six siblings: Daniel Carrozza, Mary Kauffman, Frank Carrozza, Rose Hubler, Louis Carrozza and Carmella Kruszewski.
