Olga (Donetz) Kopala, 93, of Shillington, passed away February 11, 2025, at Celebration Villa of Exeter.
Her husband, Ronald Michael Kopala, died on June 24, 2020.
Born in Pine Island, New York, she was a daughter of the late Daniel G. and Rose (Pason) Donetz.
Olga was an exceptionally talented and gifted painter and seamstress, renowned for her wardrobe design and custom sewing for various operas, as well as crafting homemade christening, communion and wedding dresses for her family and friends. Her creative abilities extended to her garden and landscaping projects. Additionally, she had a passion for outdoor activities, including hunting, fishing, camping, and climbing snowy mountains.
Olga is survived by three children: Edward Deuerlein, West Pittson, PA, Alisa, wife of Harold Young, Shillington, PA, and Mark Deuerlein, Marshalls Creek, PA. She is also survived by her sister, Alice Kopacz; ten grandchildren: Jestis, Matthew, Michael, Rebecca, Melanie, Katherine, Nicholas, Dylan, Racquel and Madison; and eleven great-grandchildren: Xander, Camden, Penelope, Josey, Sydney, Abigail, Lillie, Kaitlyn, Avery, Patrick and Gianni.
She was predeceased by her first husband, Richard Deuerlein, Sr; her son, Richard Deuerlein, Jr.; and seven siblings: Natalie, Walter, Alexander, Anthony, Mary, Helen, and Irene.
