Nylah Ann-Marie Hafer
Nylah Ann-Marie Hafer, passed away Sunday, January 21, 2018 in Reading Hospital.
She was the daughter of Jeremy Michael Hafer and Krystle Ann Stone, Reading.
Other survivors include fraternal grandmother, Sandra Hafer, maternal grandmother, Donna Stone, maternal step-grandfather, Joe Hustek, two uncles; John McGlynn and Jamie Hafer, and three aunt's; Nikki Fisher, Lauren Hafer and Jennifer Hafer.
Nylah was predeceased by her fraternal grandfather, John Hafer.
