Norman E. Stump

Norman E. Stump, 98, formerly of Wyomissing, passed away on January 22, 2022, at Berks Heim. He was the husband of Gladys M. (Hoffman), with whom he shared 72 years of marriage. Born in Lower Heidelberg Township, he was the son of the late Herbert and Eva (Horn) Stump. He served in the US Army, World War 2. He worked all his life as a Knitter, retiring from Fairy Silk Mill, Shillington.

In addition to his wife, Norman is survived by his daughter, Robin Dunkelberger, wife of Glenn, Sinking Spring. Norman was predeceased by his siblings Charles, Woodrow, Herman, Elwood, LeRoy and Verna Yoder.

Graveside services at Laureldale Cemetery will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to: Veterans Making a Difference, 2412 Spring Street, West Lawn, PA 19609.
