Norma L. Stafford

Norma L. Stafford, 93, of Shillington and formerly of Reading, died February 28, 2012 in Reading Hospital.

Her husband, Willard G. Stafford, died May 26, 1997.

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Minna (Hentrich) Hilzinger.

She was a 1934 graduate of Reading High School.

Norma was employed as a Dental Assistant for Dr. Sam Rappaport for 25 years, retiring in 1978.

She was a member of St. Luke's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Reading.

Norma is survived by her daughter JoAnne, wife of Richard T. Franco, Reading: her granddaughter, Jodi Matson and her great-granddaughter, Lakota Matson.

Memorial Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. in Laureldale Chapel, 4631 Pottsville Pike Reading, PA 19605, with burial to follow.
