Nora Teague

Nora (Shally) Teague, 70, of Reading, died July 11, 2009 in her residence.

She was the wife of Charles Teague, whom celebrated their 41st wedding anniversary on December 2, 2008.

Born in Dunmore, Galway, Ireland, she was a daughter of the late Patrick and Bridget (Murphy) Shally.

She was a member of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church.

Nora was employed for 20 years as a waitress for Chef Alan's, West Reading, retiring in 2004. She previously worked in the same capacity for 15 years at McCann's Restaurant, NYC.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Mike P. and Charles, J., both of Lancaster.

She is also survived by her six brothers, Thomas, Michael, Martin, John, Harry, and Jimmy.

Nora was predeceased by her brother, Paddy Shally.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 10 a.m. in Sacred Heart R.C. Church, West Reading. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery.
