Naomi Ruth Witman

Naomi Ruth (Moyer) Witman, 90, passed away in Geisenger- St. Luke's Hospital in Orwigsburg on Saturday, July 3rd, 2021. She was the loving wife of the late Amandus G. Witman

Born in Cressona on May 27, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Sterlin D. and Blanche (Farr) Moyer.

Naomi was a member of Friedens Church in Shartlesville. She was also a former member of the Hamburg Fire Company & Beneficial.

Naomi is survived by her adopted daughter, Karenlee G. (Witman) Ovechka of Tilden Twp; two grandchildren, Bradley Werley and his wife, Christy of Hamburg and Carolyn Cannon and her husband, Ken of Pottsville; four great grandchildren, Elizabeth Werley and her fiancee, Kiersten Pepper, Avery Werley, Ryan Werley and Brynn Cannon; a sister, Catherine M. Moyer of Schuylkill Haven and two nieces, Carol Moyer of Port Clinton and Donna Moyer of Auburn.

She is predeceased by four brothers, Galen, Willis, Robert and Sterling Moyer.

Funeral Services for Naomi will be Saturday, July 10th, 2021 at 11:00 am in Burkey & Driscoll Funeral Home, 40 South 4th Street Hamburg, PA 19526. A viewing will be held Saturday, July 10th, 2021 at 10:00 am to 11:00 am in the funeral home. Burial will follow at Cressona Union Cemetery, Cressona, PA .

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Friedens Church, 28 Wolf Creek Rd., Bernville, PA 19506.
