Naomi F. Gutacker, 84, Reading, died February 25, 2008 in the Reading Hospital.
She was the widow of William J. Gutacker who died in 1960. She is survived by her companion of 45 years, Howard Boyer with whom she resided.
Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late John A. and Florence B. (Holzman) Lutz.
She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Sinking Spring, and a life member of the Gouglersville Grange.
Naomi was also an accomplished seamstress, winning many awards in Grange sewing competitions.
Survivors include her daughter, Cynthia F., wife of Jeffrie Adams, Advance, NC; and her two sons, Randall L. husband of Deborah, York and Dallas E., husband of Ada, Leola.
Four brothers, Arthur J., Wilbur F., Dallas A. all of Fritztown, and Melvin P., Cumru Township; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren also survive her.
Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc. 739 Penn Ave. West Reading, PA 19611. Burial will be in Sinking Spring Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday from 6:30 to 8 p.m. and Friday from 10 to 11 a.m. in the funeral home.
