Nancy L. Hulet

Nancy L. (Rissmiller) Hulet, 80, of Hamburg, passed away October 27, 2021, at Good Samaritan Hospital.

She was the loving wife of Ronald A. Hulet. They were married on June 5, 1971. They just shared 50 years of marriage this past June.

Born in Hamburg, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Alice (Wink) Rissmiller.

Nancy was a graduate of Hamburg High School.

After graduation, she served our nation proudly and valiantly in the United States Navy.

Nancy was then employed by Wright's Knitting Mill, Hamburg, as a seamstress.

Upon the birth of her first grandchild she retired and devoted her time to helping care for her grandchildren.

She was a warm, caring, selfless person who's caring nature and love of her family will be greatly missed.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Cindy L. Hoppes and Yvonne C. Wagner, wife of Jeremy Wagner, all of Hamburg; three siblings: Robert Rissmiller, husband of Bonnie (Hamburg), Clarence Rissmiller, widower of Carol (Lansdale), and Marie Brobst, wife of Charles (Anchorage, Alaska); five grandchildren: Dillon Hoppes, Tiffany Hoppes, Bryce Wagner, Brody Wagner and Brennan Wagner; and two great-grandchildren, Kinsley Fisher and Natalie Hoy.

She was predeceased by her brother Richard Rissmiller.

A visitation will be Tuesday, November 2, 2021, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Burkey & Driscoll Funeral Home, Hamburg with services to follow at the funeral home. Burial with military honors will be Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the American Alzheimer's Association, 225 N.
