Nancy L. Flammer

Nancy L. Flammer, 79 of formerly of Bethel and Hamburg died October 3, 2015 in the Orwigsburg Center, Orwigsburg. She was the widow of Roy J. Flammer, Sr. who died August 15, 1985. She was born in W. Hamburg and was the daughter of the late Raymond E. and Sarah (Rhoads) Varner. She worked at various knitting mills throughout the Hamburg Area for many years. She then worked at Weis Markets as a cashier and last worked at Dollar General as a cashier. Two daughters, survive Nancy, Bonnie R. Flammer companion of Wendel Beheny, Wernersville, Alice L. wife of David Breidigan, Bethel and one son Roy J. Flammer, Jr. husband of Melissa Flammer, Hamburg and two grandchildren, Amy Breidigan, Bethel and Connor Flammer, Hamburg. One sister, Ramona Horstman, Laurel, DE. also survives. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 AM from the Burkey & Driscoll Funeral Home, Inc., 40 South Fourth Street, Hamburg, PA. A viewing will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.
