Nancy Beck

Nancy Beck, 75, died March 27, 2010 in her Reading residence.

Her husband, Charles R. Beck, died January 27, 2010.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late John and Lucia (Vercico) Russo.

Nancy was a member of Holy Guardian Angels R.C.C., Muhlenberg Township.

She was employed by the Reading School District as a cafeteria worker until her retirement in the 1990's.

She is survived by her daughter, Linda Poyner, companion to Robert Hutchins, Poconos; and a sister, Stella Vanover, Temple. Two grandchildren, Michele Welliver, VA and Denise Vogrin, Northhampton; and a great-granddaughter, Abriana Reiss survive her.

She is also survived by her wonderful caregivers, Lenore Morales and Luis Flores, whose unconditional love and caring has meant the world to Nancy's family.

Nancy was predeceased by her three brothers: Angelo, Zebe and Albert, as well as a sister, Carmella.

Services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading. Friends may call 10 to 11 a.m. in the funeral home.
