Myrtle M. Blawn, 95, of Pennsylvania Avenue, Hyde Park, died April 17 in Kutztown Manor, where she had been a patient three weeks.
Her husband, James Blawn, died Feb. 2, 1976.
Born in Penwyn, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Katie (Ebbert) Keller.
Blawn was employed for 27 years as a secretary by Carpenter Technology Corp., retiring in 1971.
She was a member of First Church of Christ Scientist, Reading.
Blawn was a former singer with the Carpenter Steelettes for many years.
She is survived by a daughter, Natalie M. (Fish) Hoffer, Reading, and a son, Theodore G. Fish, Yardville, N.J.
There are also seven grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be Monday at 1:30 p.m. in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home Inc., Laureldale. Viewing 12:30 pm until time of service. Burial will be in Laureldale Cemetery, Tuckerton.
