Myriam Batista

Myriam Batista, 76, of Reading passed away on December 16, 2022, at Reading Hospital.

Born in Yauco, Puerto Rico, she moved to New York City to be with her siblings. She then moved to Reading, PA to set roots with her congregation and establish a life of tranquility. Myriam kept true to her faith in God and bestowed that belief unto her family and others.

Survivors include three daughters, two sons, twelve grandchildren and one great-grandchild, whom she loved and supported dearly.

A viewing will be held on Friday, December 23, 2022 from 12 to 2 p.m. with services to begin at 2 p.m. at Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading. Burial will be at Berks County Memorial Gardens. Condolences may be expressed at www.kuhnfuneralhomes.com.
