Muriel M. Mccafferty

Muriel M. McCafferty, 91, passed away Friday, December 1, 2017, in Reading Hospital.

She was the beloved wife of William E. McCafferty, who died in 2005.

Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Elsie (Hoefer) Webster.

Muriel was a member of St. Ignatius Loyola R.C. Church.

She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

Muriel is survived by four daughters; Jane Joering, Wyomissing, Ellen, wife of Michael Hardingham, Cheltenham, England, Megan, wife of Mark Miller, Golf, IL, and Anne, wife of Gregory Neidhart, Rochester Hills, MI. One sister, Nancy McFadden, Yardley, PA, eleven grandchildren; Bill and Steve Joering, Meg, wife of David Roke, Henry and Isabel Hardingham, Elizabeth, Emily and Matt Miller, and Kate, John and Will Neidhart, and two great grandchlidren; Emma and Tommy Roke, also survive her.

She was predeceased by two siblings, Donald Webster and Joan Houseman.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, December 5, 2017, at 10 a.m., in St. Ignatius Loyola R.C. Church, 2810 St. Albans Drive, Whitfield. Burial will follow in St. Agnes Cemetery, West Chester, PA.
