Miriam J. Rhoads

Miriam June (Pauley) Rhoads, 82, of 1035 Elm Street, Reading, Pa 19604, died April 9th at St. Joseph Hospital where she had been since March 30th.

She was the widow of Robert Tilghman Rhoads, who died December 1, 1995.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Jacob and Mary (Prutzman) Pauley.

She is survived by three sons, Gene R. of Muhlenberg Township, Terry L. and Douglass W. both of Reading.

Other survivors include two sisters, Harriet (Pauley) Nagle of Cumru Township and Margaret (Pauley) Schwartz of Florida.

There are also four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Services will be Wednesday at 2:00 pm in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading. Viewing 1:00 pm until time of service. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Exeter Township. Contributions may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 1541 Alta Drive, Whitehall, Pa 18052.
