Mildred R. Stark

Mildred Ruth (Kremer) Stark, 95, formerly of Laureldale, died May 23, 2011 in Berks Heim, Bern Township.

She was the wife of Ralph Luscium Stark who died November 7, 1994.

Born November 19, 1915 in Pottsville, Schuylkill County, she was a daughter of the late Milton and Clara (Stallar) Kremer.

Mildred was employed, before her retirement, for many years in the finishing department of Georgia-Pacific Paper Company, Reading.

Surviving is a son, William J., husband of Cindy A. (Detweiler) Ready of Davie, FL.

Other survivors include seven grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.

Mildred was predeceased by two daughters, Patricia A. Boeshore who died June 10, 1973 and Rose Marie Manley who died May 22, 2006; one brother and four sisters.

Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale. A viewing will be held one hour prior to services. Burial will be in Good Shepherd Cemetery, Muhlenberg Township.
