Mildred C. Dierolf

Mildred C. (Delp) Dierolf, 82, died September 1st at 10:05 am in her Alsace Township residence.

She was the widow of Warren M. Dierolf, who died December 17, 1987.

Born in Temple, she was a daughter of the late Walter E. and Claire (Homan) Delp.

She was a graduate of Muhlenberg High School.

Dierolf was a member of Salem Shalter's Lutheran Church, Alsace Township.

She was employed as a material handler at Rosedale Knitting Mills and later as a clerk at Boscov's, Reading for a number of years until retirement.

Dierolf is survived by a sister, May C. (Delp) Daniels of Temple and a step-son, Larry E. Dierolf of Fleetwood.

Other survivors include two grandchildren, David W. Dierolf Jr and Rebecca L. Dierolf, both of Alsace Township.

She was predeceased by a son, David W. Dierolf, Sr., who died February 6, 2005.

Memorial services will be Wednesday at 11:00 am in Salem Shalter's Lutheran Church, 2032 Mount Laurel Road, Fleetwood, Pa 19522. Visitation will be one hour prior to service. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Contributions may be made to the church at the above address. Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., Laureldale is in charge of arrangements.
