Mildred C. Fick

Mildred C. "Milly" Fick, 98 formerly of Museum Road, Reading and Elmcroft in Exeter Township, died June 29, 2008 at 9:30 pm in Berks Heim, Bern Township.

She was the wife of the late John T. "Jack" Fick who died June 1, 2002.

Born January 7, 1910, she was a daughter to the late Alfred and Katie (Bortz) Genner.

Milly was employed by various knitting mills including Blue Swan Mills and Vanity Fair where she woked as a floor lady. She retired in 1973.

She was a member of First United Church of Christ, Reading.

Services will be Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Avenue, West Reading. A viewing will be held from 11-11:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be in Charles Evans Cemetery.
