Michael C. Dorman

Michael Charles Dorman, 23, of Reading, died September 19, 2009 at 12:21 am in the Reading Hospital Emergency Room following a one vehicle crash in Tilden Township.

Born in St. Joseph Medical Center, Reading on November 6, 1985, he was a son of Charles F. "Skip", husband of Lisa M. (Albright) Dorman of Reading.

He was a 2004 graduate of Reading High School.

Michael was a Marine Corps Veteran.

He was employed with Hyde Villa Machine Shop, last working Friday.

Michael is also survived by a daughter, Adrianna Eleanore Dorman of Reading and his maternal grandmother, Marcia A. (Hain) Conver of Reading.

Other survivors include a sister, Carly Ann Dorman and a niece, Aisha Marie Kramer, both of Reading.

There are also numerous cousins and extended family surviving.

He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents: Karl H. Dorman and Eleanore M. (Steffy) Dorman.

Michael was also predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Richard G. Albright and his step-grandfather, Charles M. Conver.

Services will be held Friday at 1:00 pm in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale, with the Rev. Jeffrey A. Raffauf officiating. A viewing will be held Thursday 6:00 - 8:00 pm and Friday 12:30 until time of services in the funeral home. Burial will be in Good Shepherd Cemetery, Muhlenberg Township.
