Melvin A. Weidner

Melvin Arthur Weidner, 86, of Muhlenberg Twp., died December 6, 2006 in ManorCare, Laureldale, where he had been a patient since November 29.

He was the husband of Anna Jane (Kutz) Weidner.

Born in Fleetwood, he was the son of the late Chester G. and Esther (Davidheiser) Weidner.

Melvin was an assembler for Clark Equipment, Reading for 12 years retiring in 1975.

He was an Air Force veteran.

Other survivors include one son, Terry Weidner, West Palm Beach, Florida and one daughter Diane (Weidner) Vogt, Muhlenberg Twp. There is also one brother, Clifford Weidner, Laureldale. One grandson, Shannon also survives him.
