Matilda W. Noll

Matilda W. Noll, 78, died Oct. 13 at 5:25 a.m. in the home of her son, Robert C. Wickel, with whom she resided, on Creamery Road, Tilden Township.

She was predeceased by her husband, Walter W. Noll, in 1983.

Born in Stoke-on-Trent, England, she was a daughter of the late Samuel and Martha (Lambert) Hyatt.

Noll was employed for 26 years by Western Electric Co., Muhlenberg Township, retiring as a senior operator in October 1984.

Other survivors include two brothers, Erik Hyatt, Hollidaysburg, Blair County, and John Hyatt, Silverton, Ore.; and three sisters: Alice (Hyatt) Machin, Hunley, England; Letitia (Hyatt) Jarsocrak, Riverview Park; and May (Hyatt) Latshaw, Reading.

There are also two grandchildren and one great-grandson.

Noll was predeceased by a son, Kenneth W. Wickel, in 1966.

Services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home Inc., Laureldale. Viewing 10am until time of service. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Reiffton.
