Boccabella, with whom she shared almost seventy-five years of marriage. She and "Pete" were married on April 14, 1944, at St. Aloysius Church in Washington, D. C. in the shadow of the Capitol Building.

Born in Washington, D. C. on November 15, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Eugenia (Pepe) Giuffreda, both natives of Foggia, Italy. She was known as "Tillie" to her friends and family.

During her life, she worked for the Department of the Interior, Special Maps Branch, as a program analyst for 30 years. She and her husband moved to Berks County in 1991, lived in Green Valley Estates until 2014, when they moved to the newly built Keystone Villa in Ephrata where they were residing at the time of her death. She was a member of Holy Rosary R. C. Church, Reading, for 22 years and became a parishioner at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Ephrata when they moved to Lancaster County.

Tillie is survived by her only son, John A., husband of Kathleen (Screpesi). She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren and great grandchildren: Alexis Boccabella-McLain, wife of David McLain, their children, Kylie, Emmi, and Ainsley; Todd Boccabella, husband of Norma Mejia and their sons: Emilio, Lorenzo, and Nico; and Nicolas Boccabella, husband of Stacy Shanning and their children, Siena and Leonel.

She was predeceased by four brothers, Frank, Leonard, John, and Albert.
