Maryanne D. Kenderdine

Maryanne D. (Delmonico) Kenderdine, 72, of Reading, died April 5, 2017, in the Mifflin Center after a lengthy illness.

She was the wife of Floyd R. Kenderdine, Jr. They were married 49 years.

Born in West Reading, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Theresa (Foscone) Delmonico.

She was a 1963 graduate of Reading High School.

Maryanne was employed by the Berks County Assistance Office as a caseworker for 30 years, retiring in 2002.

She was a member of St. Margaret's Roman Catholic Church, Reading; where she served as eucharistic minister.

Maryanne was a volunteer at the Reading Hospital and Medical Center, St. Joseph Hospital-Penn State, in the Department of Spiritual Care, and Relay for Life.

In addition to her husband, Floyd Kenderdine Jr. with whom she resided, she is survived by one daughter, Michelle Ann (Kenderdine), wife of Mathew J. Panyik, Columbia, PA; her brother, Frank Delmonico, Jr., Gahanna, OH; and two grandchildren, Thomas J. and Mechelina T. Panyik.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. in Gethsemane Cemetery Chapel of St. George. Friends may call Tuesday from 11: 00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in Edward J.
