Mary G. Tole, 85, of Voorhees, NJ., died of natural causes Dec. 15 at her daughter's residence in Sparks, Nevada.
She was the widow of John H. Tole, who died August 2003.
Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late John B. and Gertrude C. (Curran) Foley.
Tole graduated from St. Matthew's High School in Conshohocken in 1938 and Miseracordia Hospital School of Nursing in 1941.
She was employed as a registered nurse by many different locations in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Mississippi, and Florida. Tole also was employed by Strawbridge and Clothier as a nurse, retail associate, department manager and assistant buyer in the Philadelphia area.
Tole was a member of St. Gregory's R.C.C, Magnolia, N.J.
She is survived by one son, John H. Tole, Jr. of Philadelphia, and three daughters; Ann T. (Tole) Cavanaugh of Wyomissing, Pa., Mary G. Tole of Voorhees, NJ., and Margaret E. Tole of Reno, Nev.
Tole was also survived by one brother Joseph D. Foley of Plymouth Meeting, Pa.
There are also six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 11:00 am at St. Ignatius Loyola, Whitfield, Pa. Friends may call from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. at St. Ignatius Loyola. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, West Conshohocken , Pa. Contributions may be made to St. Ignatius Loyola 2810 St. Alban's Drive Sinking Spring, PA 19608. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading, Pa., is in charge of the arrangements.
