Mary Romaine Auman

Mary Romaine (Bair) Auman, 85, passed away September 10, 2012, in her Wyomissing residence.

Her husband, James E. Auman, Sr., died February 16, 1999.

Born in Lancaster, she was a daughter of the late Leon W. and Alice (Beamesderfer) Bair Griffith .

She was employed 15 years in housekeeping for Reading Hospital and Medical Center.

Mary is survived by seven children: Lewis Wennerholt, III.,Mountville, Jacqueline, widow of Ronald Wert, Womelsdorf, Patricia, wife of Angelo Gatto, Stony Creek, Diane, wife of Dr. Robert Poiletman, Columbia, SC, James E. Auman, Jr., fianceé of Karen Lawley, Bernville, Mark Auman, partner of Daniel Fenyus, Philadelphia and Anita Agosto, companion of Robert Montgomery, Womelsdorf; 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren also survive her.

She was predeceased by her son, Michael J. Wennerholt, who died, March, 2012 and five brothers, Harry, Leon, Gene, George and Jason and one sister, Dorothy Bair.

Memorial Services will be Tuesday September 18, 2012 at 11 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading, PA 19611. Burial will be in Berks County Memorial Gardens.
