Mary Reilly

Mary Reilly, 92, passed away on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at the Gardens at Stevens in Denver, PA. She was the loving wife of Joseph Reilly who passed away just six days prior. They shared 71 years of marriage.

Born in Philadelphia, she was the sweet and adorable daughter of the late John and Sarah (Walsh) Jennings. A devoted wife and mother of seven. Mary also worked as a librarian - first at the Folcroft Pulbic Library and then at Franklin Institute Science Library. In her later years, she also enjoyed working with children at Oxford Manor Daycare.

Mary was a devout Catholic and a member of the Church of St. Benedict in Mohnton.

Left to cherish her memory are sons: Joseph Reilly (Donna) of Parksburg, Robert Reilly (Regina) of Springfield, Michael Reilly (Nancy) of Allentown, Edward Reilly of Myrtle Beach, SC, John Reilly (Shelley) of West Chester, William Reilly (Bonnie) of Reading; daughter, Mary Catherine Forrest (Scott) of East Earl; 16 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Joseph and Mary on Friday, June 23, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in the Church of St. Benedict 2020 Chestnut Hill Road, Mohnton, PA 19540. A viewing will be held at the church from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Mass. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery of West Conshohocken.
