Mary L. Reber

Mary L. Reber, 87, of Reading, died peacefully on April 4, 2008 in St. Joseph Medical Center, Bern Township, where she had spent her final four days.

Born March 26, 1921 in Reading, she was a daughter of the late William D. and Susan (Obold) Reber. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Robert H. Reber, Sr.

She was a member of Holy Spirit Lutheran Church, Reading.

Mary was a graduate of Reading High School in 1939.

She was employed 26 years as an office manager with Wetherhold & Metzer, until her retirement.

Mary is survived by a nephew, Robert H. Reber, Jr., of Matthews, North Carolina and her goddaughter, Mary L. Putt of West Lawn, PA.

Graveside Services will be Wednesday, April 9, 2008 at 1:00 pm in Charles Evans Cemetery, Reading, with Rev. Charles Fair officiating. There will be no public viewing. Edward J.
