Mary June Ramer

Mary June Ramer, 82, passed away July 15, 2012 surrounded by her loving family in her Sinking Spring residence.

Her husband, Jacque Herbert Ramer, died in 1987 and her former husband, John M. Moyer, Jr., died in 1989.

Born in Palmerton, she was a daughter of the late Guy Percy and Violet Morgan.

She was a graduate of Reading High School.

Mary June worked for Wilson Products for 37 years until her retirement in 2000. Previously, she was employed by the Berkshire Knitting Mill.

She was a hard worker and enjoyed going to work each day. She also liked spending her Saturdays with her friends, having breakfast and going shopping.

Mary June is survived by her two sons: John M., III, husband of Denise J. Moyer, Shickshinny and Guy W., husband of Vicki L. Moyer, Sinking Spring. Also surviving are her three grandchildren: John M. Moyer, IV, Jeffrey R. Moyer and Crystal L. Moyer and three great-grandchildren: Trent Moyer, Derek Moyer and Isabella Moyer.

She was predeceased by her siblings: Arthur Morgan, Jack Morgan and Ruth Adams; her grandson, Jason J. Moyer and her great-grandson, Mason Guistwite.

A Memorial Service will be Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading. A visitation will be 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the funeral home.
