Mary A. Pors

Debby Mary A. (Klepper) Pors, 88, of Hamburg and formerly of Bethlehem died in the Laurel Center, Tilden Township on November 9, 2016. Her husband, Tibboly W. Pors died March 3, 2005. She was born in Bethlehem and was the daughter of the late John S. and Mary (Vojtko) Klepper. Before retiring, Mary worked in various garment factories in the Bethlehem area as a machine operator for over 40 years. She was a devoted member of St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, Hamburg. She is predeceased by three brothers: John, Joseph, and William Klepper: and three sisters: Anna Surina, Helen Schoenberger, and Bernadine Messick. Mary is survived by four children: Deborah Herman, wife of Frederick Herman, Tilden Township; William Pors, husband of Susan, Fleetwood; Kenneth A. Pors, Allentown; and Jeanne wife of William Storm, Chisago City, Minn; seven grandchildren, Ken, Scott, and Kaylani Pors; Jennifer, Kristen and Lisa Pors, wife of Casey Hilbert; and Heather Valle-Arcilla, wife of Ian; and three great-grandchildren; Isabella, Olivia, and Liam. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Her family meant everything to her. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday at 12:00 PM from St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, 94 Walnut Road, Hamburg, PA. 19526. A viewing will be held on Tuesday from 10:45 AM until 11:45 AM at the Burkey & Driscoll Funeral Home, Inc. 40 S. 4th Street, Hamburg, PA. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Hamburg.
