Mary J. Mcallister

Mary J. (Makowiecki) McAllister, 83, died May 30, 2011 in her Wyomissing residence.

Her husband, R. Jack McAllister, died in 1979.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Leon and Carrie (Pokorska) Makowiecki.

She was employed for 10 years by AT&T.

Mary is survived by her son, Roland S. McAllister, Reading; her granddaughter, Heather Snyder NC; two great-grandchildren, Brandon Snyder and Kirsten Snyder; and one sister Florence.

She was predeceased by her daughter, Cindy Gouw and five siblings.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading is in charge of arrangements.
