Mary Kos

Mary J. Kos beloved daughter, sister, aunt, niece, and granddaughter passed away most poetically on February 14, 2014.

She was born on December 30, 1967 to Michael S. and Susanna Q. Kos.

She spent her childhood growing up in Utah and attended Uintah High School. She resided in New Jersey for a short time and settled in Reading, PA in 1988.

She had various occupations throughout her life and was most proud of her accomplishment of completing courses in cosmetology and hotel management.

She was a friend and comedian to all who knew her and had the opportunity to spend time with her. She always had an open heart and spent many a day cheering for the underdog, helping a friend in need, or just sharing a kind word with a stranger.

She is survived by her parents Scott and Susie Kos of Reading, PA; her sisters, Ann Kos (Reading, PA), Sue (Shannon) Sawyer (Vernal, UT); and brother, Michael (Jamie) Kos (Oceanside, CA); many aunts and uncles; and her most loved nieces and nephews.
