Mary J. Kelchner

Mary J. (Weller) Kelchner, 77, of Wyomissing, passed away Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at Reading Hospital, where she had been a patient for nine days.

Born August 20, 1933 in Reading, she was the wife of the late Arthur Kelchner, who died in 2006. They had been married 55 years.

She was the daughter of the late Webster and Sarah (Labe) Weller.

Mary enjoyed spending time with her family and her dog Koko, crocheting and reading.

She was the president of Kissinger Cemetery, Wyomissing.

Mary is survived by her daughter Bonnie, wife of Edmond Schenck of Exeter; her granddaughters, Heather, wife of David Weaver of Douglassville and Alicia Schenck of Exeter, her great-granddaughter, Emily Weaver of Douglassville, and one brother. She was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.

Mary's memorial service will be held at 3:30 pm on Sunday, February 6, 2011 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 4880 Oak Parkway, Reading.
