Mary Jane Green

Mary Jane (Hulett) Green, passed away November 18, 2024, age 94, at the Orwigsburg Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

She was the widow of Albert Green.

Born in Toronto, Canada, she was a daughter of the late Coulter T. and Mary Kathleen (Smith) Hulett.

She was an Independent Real Estate Appraiser.

Family and faith were important to Mary Jane, she was a member of the First United Church of Christ, Hamburg.

Mary Jane was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who continued to ride horses until her 80th birthday. Additionally, she was a skilled seamstress, creating everything from doll dresses to wedding gowns.

She is survived by three daughters: Susan Green, April Green, and Judith Klee; seven grandchildren: nine great-grandchildren; one sister, Marjorie Evertt; and one daughter-in-law, Gailette Green.

Mary Jane was predeceased by her son, Eric Green and one sister Barbara Ann Herzog.

A Memorial Service to be held Saturday December 7, 2024, at 11:00 AM. at the First United Church of Christ, 76 S. 3rd St., Hamburg, PA 19526. Visitation will be Saturday one hour prior from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM. at the church. Luncheon to follow.. In Lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
