Mary Jablonski

Mary (Ettaro) Jablonski, 81, formerly of Sinking Spring, died of natural causes February 25th at 2:00 am in ManorCare Health Services, Spring Township, where she had been since September 22nd.

She was the widow of Edmund F. Jablonski, who died July 20, 1998.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Anthony and Carmella (Aiello) Ettaro.

She was a 1942 graduate of Reading Catholic High School.

Jablonski was a member of St. Anthony's of Padua Roman Catholic Church, Millmont.

She was a life time member of the Slovak Catholic Sokol, Millmont.

Jablonski was employed for many years by Ettaro's Bakery, Reading, until her retirement.

She is survived by a daughter, Maureen D. (Jablonski) Heiner of Sinking Spring and two sons, Dennis Jablonski of Wilsonville, Oregon and Gary Jablonski of Harleysville, Montgomery County.

Other survivors include two brothers, James Ettaro and Anthony Ettaro, both of Reading.

There are also six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday at 10:00am in St. Anthony's of Padua Roman Catholic Church, 501 Summit Avenue, Millmont. Viewing will be one hour prior to Mass in the church. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Muhlenberg Township. Contributions may be made to Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, Grand Central Station, PO Box 4777, New York, NY 10163. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading is in charge of arrangements.
