Mary Jane Hunsberger

Mary Jane Hunsberger, 84 of Muhlenberg Township died on February 23, 2008 at 4:25 a.m. in Reading Hospital where she had been for one day.

She was the wife of Arthur Floyd Hunsberger whom she married on September 3, 1976. She was predeceased by her first husband, William H. Hoffman who died in 1972.

Born March 18, 1923 in Temple, she was a daughter to the late Burns Marley and Eva H. (Spatz) DeWalt.

Mary Jane was a member of Alsace Lutheran Church, Hyde Park.

In addition to her husband, surviving is a brother William F. DeWalt, a resident at Lutheran Home at Topton and a sister Eva E. (DeWalt) Christ of Hyde Park.

Mary Jane is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

She was predecesed by a brother Augustus H. DeWalt and a sister Katherine V. (DeWalt) Seitz.

Services will be on Thursday at 11 a.m. in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale. A viewing will be held one hour prior to services. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Exeter Township.
