Mary F. Holleran

Mary F. Holleran, 86, of Wyomissing, died September 7, 2007 in the Highlands at Wyomissing.

She married her husband, Martin J. Holleran on March 3, 1944. He died August 10, 1996.

Born in New Haven, CT, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Mae (Byrne) Faust.

She was an elementary teacher at North Plainfield School District, North Plainfield, NJ, for 18 years retiring in 1982.

Mary was a graduate of Wyomissing High School in 1939 and a 1943 graduate of West Chester State Teachers College.

She was a member of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, West Reading.

Survivors include two daughters, Barbara A. (Holleran) wife of Edwin Lofgren, Wyomissing and Joan M. (Holleran) wife of Charles A. Goodwin, Wyomissing. Five grandchildren, Laura Sundquist, Erik Lofgren, Kathryn van Werkhoven, Todd Lofgren and Tracy Lofgren; and six great grandchildren also survive her.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 10 a.m. in Sacred Heart Church. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery.
