Mary E. Hoch

Mary E. Hoch, of Hamburg died March 27th in the Kutztown Manor. Mary was the widow of Charles A. Hoch who died in 1983. Mary was born in Hamburg and was the daughter of the late George and Mamie (Hafer) Rissmiller. She worked for the Frank Reeser Restaurant for 21 years and last worked for GBC on the assembly line for 7 years retiring in 1981. Mary is survived by 1 daughter: Betty Jane White, Smyrna, GA., 1 brother, George Rissmiller, Wernersville, 9 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandson. She was predeceased by 3 daughters: Jean Bleiler, 1978, Carolyn A. Tichnell, and Patricia A. Hoch both in 1983. She was also predeceased by 2 sons: Daniel Hoch in 1968 and Dennis Hoch in 1986. A memorial service will be held on Thursday at 1:00 PM from the Burkey & Driscoll Funeral Home, Inc. Hamburg. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery, Hamburg.
