Mary T. Goheen

Mary T. (Fratesi) Goheen, 95, formerly of Sinking Spring and Lititz, passed away August 3, 2017, in Ephrata Manor.

Her husband, Arlan J. Goheen, died March 28, 2001.

Born in Greenville, Mississippi, she was the daughter of the late Cesare and Della (Greganti) Fratesi.

Mary was employed by Wenger's Bakery for over 30 years as a sales clerk.

She was a member of St John Baptist de la Salle R.C.C., Shillington.

A devoted wife, beloved mother, and loving grandmother, Mary is survived two children: Michael P., husband of Sharon Goheen, Martinsville, Indiana; and Ann, wife of Michael Seigfried, Lititz, six grandchildren: Jason, Erin, Joey, Jimmy, Bryn, and Morgyn; seven great-grandchildren, and one sister, Marie Lott of Indianola, Mississippi.

Mary was predeceased by three brothers: Nello, Herman, and Geno Fratesi, and two sisters: Stella Cuthbertson and Edith Watson.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, August 11, 2017, at 10:30 a.m. at St John's Church, 420 Holland St., Shillington, with burial to follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park. Friends may call Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the church. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading is entrusted with arrangements.
